SONS OF GODS RPG® End User Terms and Conditions

1. CONTRACT TERMS. IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE! PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THIS USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (THE AGREEMENT) IS ENTERED INTO YOU AS THE END USER ("YOU" OR "YOURS") AND THE SONS OF GODS RPG. ("SOG,", "SOG RPG", "RPG", "WE" "OUR" OR "OUR")

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT CONTINUE AND SHOULD LEAVE THE RPG PRODUCT / GROUP (AS DEFINED BELOW) IMMEDIATELY.

IF YOU HAVE DECIDED TO PASS THIS SCREEN, OR ENTERED THE RPG, STAYED IN THE RPG GROUPS AFTER BEING NOTIFIED OF THE TERMS. YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND DECLARE AND GUARANTEE THE SONS OF GODS RPG THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT IS 18 YEARS OLD OR MORE (INCLUDING IF YOU ARE CELEBRATING THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF A USER THAT IS AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD AGE).

THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT MAY BE CHANGED, COMPLEMENTED OR MODIFIED AT ANY TIME BY THE RPG AT YOUR EXCLUSIVE CRITERION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DURING UPDATES OR UPGRADES OF THE RPG UNDER THE FIRST NOTICE: revised this Agreement on the legal page of the official website, located in the news tab, and will notify you of this revision as the SOG RPG deems appropriate. The change in something in the SONS OF GODS RPG and the use of any of the updates, upgrades, reworks, or modifications from SOG to the RPG or its continued use after notification of changes to this Agreement will be deemed to prove your acceptance of such changes. The SOG RPG may change, modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Product at any time. The SOG RPG may also impose limits on certain resources or restrict its access to parts or all of the RPG without prior notice or without any liability attributable to it. You do not have any benefits, financial or otherwise, in relation to any existing resource or content in the RPG.

1.1 The website / RPG Sons Of Gods RPG is owned by Yuri VO Feliciano. Any legal responsibilities must be redirected solely to the same. All other existing positions in the RPG located on the “Team” (Except Founder / CEO / Developer) page of the Website are volunteers on the part of the users themselves who receive bonuses within the RPG itself to exercise the voluntary service. Players who may exercise such voluntary positions may be excused from their duties at any time at our discretion without prior notice.

1.1 First of all, you should know that the RPG is linked to Whatsapp. For you to enter the RPG, you must participate in the Tokens group, because there you will create your Character and then you will be placed in the Official RPG groups. In the chip group you must follow the rules and conditions imposed by the voluntary chip helpers who will assist you in entering the RPG.

1.2 By participating in the RPG, you will agree to the RPG's Internal Rules and Penalties. Such rules are available on the “Constitution” and “Rules” page on the official RPG website:

1.3 To use the many features of the Website, you need to register as an authorized User on the Website, provide complete and accurate registration information about yourself, in addition to ensuring that your registration information is true. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your registration information by sending an email.

1.4 You must be 16 or older to play the role-playing game. By registering in the RPG, you declare and warrant to the Sons Of Gods RPG that you are 16 or older.

1.5 You agree not to use another User's Character name to play the role playing game, with or without their permission.

1.6 We have the exclusive right to approve and reject any Character name you may choose. We hold all rights, ownership and participation in your Character name.

1.7 The use of the Website and RPG groups on whatsapp does not include the provision of computers, telecommunication equipment, Internet services, or any other equipment or service. To use the Website and the RPG you will need to provide your own internet connection and appropriate telecommunication links. We are not responsible for any telephone or other costs you may incur to connect or use the Website and our RPG.

1.8 All materials on the Website (excluding User Materials and Music), including, without limitation, texts, images, graphics, photos, design, applications, software and all other content shown or contained on the Website ("Content" ) are of
exclusive property of the RPG or licensed RPG's of the SOG material, unless otherwise stated.

1.9 We do not tolerate or encourage violations of our intellectual property and reserve the right to act against anyone who violates our rights.

1.10 You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works, create links, download, extract information, transfer or otherwise use or explore the Website. All intellectual property rights of SOG and those of persons providing content to the Website are completely reserved.

1.11 You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the computer systems or registration of the RPG database. 1.12 We may implement, from time to time, age verification tools that will help us locate Users below the permitted age range. You agree not to avoid these tools.

1.13 You agree to use the SOG RPG database only on the Website and not through any other websites. You further agree not to create or provide any other means by which others may use the SOG RPG and are not authorized. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble, adapt or otherwise modify the software comprising the Website or its Content or any Software provided on the Website.

2 USE OF THE WEBSITE

2.1 The RPG contains groups on whatsapp to allow you to chat with other Users, as well as message boards via the discord group and the RPG forum. You agree to use these RPG features only to post, send and receive messages deemed appropriate and non-offensive. You are solely responsible for the information, research, results, photographs, messages or other materials that you post or otherwise provide on the Website ("User Materials") and the consequences of posting your User Materials on the Website. In particular, but without limitation, you agree that as long as you use the chat features of the RPG, you will not:

2.1.1 Use these RPG resources in connection with surveys, contests, pyramid scheme, chain letters, or distribute unsolicited email to third parties for commercial use;

2.1.2 Defame, abuse, harass, attack, threaten, make racial, ethnic or otherwise unpleasant comments, or otherwise violate the security and / or legal rights (such as privacy and publicity rights) of others;

2.1.3 Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any material or information that: (i) is inappropriate, profane, defamatory, defamatory, obscene, indecent or topic, name, material or illegal information (including, without implying limitation, pornography during non-permitted hours, description of acts of violence and sexual acts, and material and information that may perpetuate hatred against any person or group or that may cause harm or offense); (ii) is a false statement about a person or his property or business that is made out of malice and could cause financial harm to that person; (iii) is deceptive or illusory; (iv) it is a breach of confidentiality or an invasion of the person's right to privacy; (v) may cause a violation by the SOG, or involve us in the violation of a law, code or an instrument that regulates our conduct; or (l) in any way infringes any person's right;

2.1.4 Upload files that contain software or other materials that infringe any intellectual property rights, including trademark and copyright rights (or privacy or publicity rights) unless you have control of those rights or have received all the necessary consents;

2.1.5 Upload or transmit files that contain or disseminate viruses, worms, time bombs, corrupted files, group lockers or any other corrupted software that may damage the Website and RPG groups, their Content or the operation of a computer. another person or owned by another person;

2.1.6 Advertise, promote or offer for sale or purchase any products or services for any commercial purpose;

2.1.7 Download any file posted by another User from a homepage, chat room or message board that you know cannot be distributed;

2.1.8 Falsifying or altering any assignments of authors, proprietary designations or labels of the source or software source, contained in a file in which the upload is made;

2.1.9 Restrict or inhibit the use of any other User of the homepages, chat room and message boards;

2.1.10 Violate any code of conduct or other RPG guidelines;

2.1.11 Collect or otherwise obtain personal information about other individuals, to send unsolicited messages or to exchange or post personal information about another individual;

2.1.12 Violating or encouraging others to violate, any laws or regulations or legal rights of another individual;

2.1.13 Create a false identity (including declaring a false age), or pretend to be any person or entity, to deceive others or for any other purpose;

2.1.14 Falsifying headers or otherwise manipulating identifiers in order to mask the origin of any material transmitted through the RPG;

2.1.15 Use, download or otherwise copy, or provide a person with any RPG Users directory;

2.1.16 Refusing to follow the instructions of any voluntary member of the RPG administration. 2.2 The RPG has no obligation to monitor the information posted by its Users. However, we reserve the right to review materials posted on the forum, RPG whatsapp groups and any other interactive messaging service linked to the rpg, and to remove or request the removal of any material without prior notice. The RPG reserves the right to temporarily or permanently cancel your access to the forum, whatsapp groups linked to the rpg, and / or the Website at any time, in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions.

2.3 RPG reserves the right to disclose any information it deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or request from government entities.

2.4 The RPG does not control the content of messages, chat rooms in groups or calls on the RPG discord, so it disclaims any responsibility with respect to RPG groups and other chat rooms and any action that results from your participation or any another User in these.

2.6 You grant the RPG a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive and transferable license with the right to sublicense, edit, modify, remove, translate and transmit your User Materials, and to use, reproduce, transmit, publish or otherwise demonstrate them worldwide in any form or format of medium or technology, whether at present known or developed in the future. You also grant other Users a non-exclusive license to access your User Materials through the Website, to reproduce and display your User Materials through the Website. Authorizing
all content created by you posted on the forum, work groups, rework groups, promotions to be used in the RPG.

3 SERVICES SUBJECT TO CHARGES

4.1 SOG RPG offers special services ("SHOP") on the Website that are subject to additional fees. Special Services include, but are not limited to, the provision of "virtual currency (Drachmas and Diamonds)" to purchase things within the RPG system itself. VIP's for advantages, duplicators and triplifiers to win more rewards and character insurance.

4.2 The form of payment for Special Services will be determined by the SOG itself, at its sole discretion, from time to time. SOG RPG may offer Diamonds and Drachmas to RPG Users that can be used to purchase Special Services. The virtual currencies will be deducted from the User's account for each purchase made.

4.3 As long as the User purchases SOG services through the Website, including, but not limited to, the User, from the moment the services are made available, can only cancel the contract in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, without right reimbursement for purchased services.

4.4 For the purpose of acquiring any Advanced Service by Credit Card or Bank Transfer, Users under the age of 18 must obtain approval from a parent or guardian and must meet all validity and enforceability requirements in Brazil to do so. Users under the age of 16 need to ask a parent or guardian for approval and assistance in purchasing the Services, if the payment method chosen is Credit Card or Bank Transfer. The RPG may ask the User to provide certain information for the specific purpose of confirming the validity of any purchase of the Advanced Services. 4.5 When the user places the credits in the RPG and purchases the products. He will lose the right to a refund. Unless there are justifiable reasons and reasons.

4 INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold RPG indemnified against any and all losses, damages, costs and expenses, including fully indemnifying all costs incurred in court, defense and settlement and any fines or penalties imposed by any regulatory authority or body. , advertising or commercial, in connection with or arising out of: (a) any violation by you of these Terms and Conditions, (b) any alleged use or use of the Credit Card of a third party other than you, (c) the use of the RPG by you, and (d) your violation of any law or right of any indemnifying Party or any third party. The Indemnified Parties reserve the right to assume and delegate the defense of any claims, demands and actions arising from the object of these Terms and Conditions and you agree to cooperate with the indemnity of the Indemnified Parties.

5 WARRANTY

You and / or your legal guardian warrant that: (a) You have the necessary right, power and authorization to enter into these Terms and Conditions and comply with your obligations set forth herein and that you meet the age requirements for using the RPG .

6 THIRD PARTIES THE RPG WILL NOT BE A PART OF, OR WILL BE CONSIDERED RESPONSIBLE FOR, ANY TRANSACTION RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AVAILABLE BETWEEN THE RPG'S OWN PLAYERS. AS FOR EXAMPLE, THE SALE OF "AVATARS".

7 COMPETITIONS, COMPETITIONS AND DRAWINGS

From time to time, we will hold competitions, contests, games, sweepstakes and promotions in the RPG. These will be subject to additional terms, conditions and rules that will be made available at the time of competitions. By participating in said competitions, you agree to comply with and be bound by said additional terms, conditions and rules.

8 CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION

Upon termination of these Terms and Conditions, we may delete your account (including your characters, registration information, any remaining RPG Credits and other products within the RPG that you may have). Therefore, the name of the character and its places will be free so that another user can use it without the right to claim it later.

9 MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE RPG AND THE SITE

9.1 We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Website and the RPG (or any part of it) at any time for any reason, at our discretion.

9.2 In the event that we understand that a change to the RPG / Website will benefit you or have a neutral impact on you, we may make the change without informing you.

9.3 In the event that we understand that a change to the RPG / Website will have a detrimental impact on you, we will send an appropriate notification by the group of notices on whatsapp linked to the RPG. And you will be able to exercise your rights according to our Contract Term.

10 CHARACTERS When creating the character in the RPG the User will agree to the following terms:

10.1 There is a risk of the User losing his character in a mission / saga / event through death / erasure. This includes all the assets that the character owns.

10.2 During sagas or canonical events, the character may suffer from changes, such as: Change of parent, loss of powers, loss of coins (diamonds / drachmas), loss of items, etc.

10.3 Once the user disconnects from the RPG and terminates with the terms and conditions, his characters are removed from the database along with all the items he owns. The user will have three days to return to the RPG with everything he had previously, if he passes the date, he will have to pay a fee if he wants the characters and the items back.

11 GENERAL

11.1 The RPG's failure to exercise or demand compliance with any right or provision contained in these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the parties nevertheless agree that the court must validate the parties' intention as reflected in the provision, with the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions remaining in force.

11.2 You may assign your rights contained in these Terms and Conditions if we consent.

11.3 You agree that we may, at any time, assign the rights, benefits and obligations contained in these Terms and Conditions to a third party and that the third party may assume our responsibilities and obligations under these Terms and Conditions. We will not notify you if this occurs.

11.4 The titles contained in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and will have no legal or contractual effect.

11.5 These Terms and Conditions comprise the entire agreement between you and the RPG.
